Given its position in the Caribbean Sea, at the entrance of
the Gulf of Mexico, Cuba is an excellent stopover for yachtsmen.
Today, there are 12 marinas on the Island, all of which offer
a complete range of services that will assure a safe and pleasurable
stay.On the following pages you will find a detailed list of
available facilities at each marina. For the Marina Hemingway
in Havana you can even reserve and pay for your dockage on line!
We will be expanding this service to all the other Marinas in
the months to come.
In order for the yachtsmen to enter Cuba by sea, when reaching
the country's jurisdictional water, approximately 12 miles from
the coast, they must communicate wih port authorities by means of:
